Your invitation is the first sneak peek your guests get of your wedding. Like the movie trailer that builds anticipation for the big premiere. The overture to a memorable celebration. The beautifully-bound cover of your love story, beckoning them to turn the page.
your wedding invitation is your chance to set the scene for your big day, impress your guests, and express yourselves as a couple.
Custom invitation suites are totally tailored to you, from scratch, and reflective of your personal style, the romantic threads that tied you together, and the aesthetic of your grand affair.
A minimum design investment is required and based on the number of invitations you order. Total pricing is determined by your choice of paper, envelope, number of guests and design embellishments.
Our team is not only creative when it comes to design; we're creative when it comes to helping you get the look you want within your budget. Whatever your dream vision, we'll find a way to make it a reality. To get a custom quote or book a complimentary consult, and we'll give you the low-down on pricing.
WONDERING WHY CUSTOM IS THE WAY
TO GO? HERE ARE A FEW REASONS...
1. TAILORED TO YOU
When you’re designing a personalized affair, you want every detail to be thoughtfully crafted—right down to the font that invites your guests to join you. Custom invites offer a stylized look that exemplifies you, from artsy accents to typography to colour palette. Because this is your chance to stun and stand out.
2. A COHESIVE LOOK
Your decked-out venue isn’t the first thing your guests see—your invitations are. Whether you’re going for cool-chic, gutsy glam or sultry sophistication, custom invites will set the tone for your wedding day and give your guests a taste of the fun that’s to come.
3. LOVE-ETCHED MEMORABILIA
Just like those tickets you tucked into your bedside table from that first concert he took you to or that V-Day card you kept because he penned a heart-melty poem in it, a custom invitation stamped in the spirit of your coupledom will become a forever keepsake.
First, you’ll share your wedding day inspiration with me from fabrics to florals. With your theme, budget and personal style in mind, we’ll sift through pretty paper swatches, fancy fonts, swoony design possibilities, and winsome wording for your custom suite. I love to have this heart-to-heart in person, so you can translate your vision to me in as much detail as possible. (And we can talk about how fun Ben Affleck is to look at. That too.)
*Please note: I always recommend you get in touch with me 8 months before your wedding to avoid disappointment. Thoughtful design takes time, my slots fill up fast in peak season, and rush orders can’t always be accommodated.
gettin’ pretty with it.
After your contract and 50% deposit are handled, I’ll break out my creative charm and killer artistry to create digital proofs of your invites and paper accessories (coordinating menus, table numbers, seating charts, favour tags, and other custom stationery are also available). Oohing and ahhing will commence. After you’ve dished out feedback, I’ll polish your diamond in the rough until every piece of paper eye candy gets your “I’m in freaking love!” approval.
embellish your love.
You’ll get your hands on your sample products in paper form and sign off prior to production. I’ll oversee the printing process and package up your pretties. You’ll send final payment. Jump-on-the-bed giddiness and living room dancing will ensue.
put a stamp on it.
Assembly of invites and postage are not included in the pricing of custom suites, so you have two options:
- Consider it a labor of love and power through the paper yourself (Orange is the New Black playing in the background is not required, but highly recommended).
- Pay an additional fee, so you can frolic care-free to your cake tastings and dress fittings while I lick envelopes and hit mailboxes in your stead.
signed, sealed, delivered—i’m there!
Lovebomb mailboxes. Spark the kind of excitement that leads to papercuts with all the eager envelope-ripping. Ensnare eyes. Melt hearts. Cue compliments. And then watch the “Yes!” RSVPs come rolling in.
